The world leaders at the UN millennium summit their nations strengthening global efforts for peace, human rights, democracy, strong governance, environmental sustainability and poverty eradication, and to promote principles of human dignity, equality and equity. The millennium development goals address many of the most enduring of human failures of human development. The goals and the promotion of human development share a common motivation which reflects a vital commitment to promoting human well being, that ensure dignity, freedom and equality for all people economic growth is important for achieving the millennium development goals. Health is mostly affected to women and children. There are lots of problems related to health i.e. Alcoholism, AIDS, Diabetics, Cardiac Diseases, Cancer, Leprosy, TB, Typhoid, Chickenpox etc.

More than just a source of knowledge education promotes better hygiene and increase the use of health service. Safe water and adequate sanitation also determine health outcomes. By reducing infectious diseases, they improve children’s nutritional status and increase their learning abilities. Together such interventions contribute to health transition from having communicable disease account for most of a country’s disease as the main source. The health transitions hasten the demographic transitions from high to low birth and death rates. In addition, higher education levels are associated with better family planning. As more children’s related to health i.e. Alcoholism, AIDS, Diabetics, Cardiac Diseases, Cancer, Leprosy, TB, Chickenpox, typhoid and malaria. The important problems in 4 districts are AIDS, Cancer, Malaria, and Epidemic Diseases, Diabetics and Heart Diseases, MR cases.
